100% cotton fabric | microwave safe | freezer safe
- Our fabric is microwave safe. We recommend starting at 30 second intervals to determine your heat tolerance. DO NOT overheat as this can damage/burn your skin. Reheat once it starts to cool (about 30 minutes later). Place pack in the freezer for cool relief and inflammation.
Aromatherapy
- We use natural, top grade dried lavender buds for a calming fragrance. NO harmful chemicals. Lavender is known for its calming properties and can help reduce stress and anxiety. Adding lavender to your pack is optional at checkout.
Specifications
- Handmade aromatherapy packs measure 23" long and 4.5" wide. Stays in place around the neck and shoulders so you can continue to move around. Filling is distributed evenly across pack with sewn lines. Packs are approximately 1.5 pounds.
Care
- Do not get pack wet as this will ruin it. Store in a dry place. Spot clean when necessary. Do not immerse in water.
